• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on playing patterns and activity and is determined at the discretion of ho880.

6 Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time through the support team. Before closing, wait for all applicable bets to be settled and withdraw any available funds.

8.2 Closure by ho880

ho880 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Directive from a regulatory authority or legal obligation.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

8.3 Funds During Suspension
